Ingredients for 4 people:
- 350 g avocado (2 units)
- 5 g olive oil
- 25 g lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- Salt
- Tabasco sauce
- 1 tomato, peeled and seeded
- 40 g crispy fried onion
- A few coriander leaves
Ingredients:
For the batter:
- 1 egg
- Ground tortilla chips
For the blue cheese sauce:
- 100 g cream
- 50 g gorgonzola cheese
- Optional:
- A pinch of smoked salt
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients together except for the tomato and onion, which should be folded into the paste mixture by hand.
- Spread the mixture at a thickness of about 2 cm on a tray covered with plastic wrap or baking paper.
- Put it in the freezer.
- When it is frozen, cut it into large pieces and dip them quickly (they defrost fast) into the beaten egg, followed by the ground tortilla chip coating. Press the chip coating into the mixture so it is covered completely.
- Put it back in the freezer and coat it again when the coating is frozen.
- Cook for 2 minutes on the No Fat Grill and serve with the cheese sauce.
- To prepare the cheese sauce:
- Melt the cream and cheese on low heat. When it is completely melted, add a pinch of smoked salt for a distinctive touch.
