Preparation:

  1. Peel the fruit. Cut it into pieces of the same size and arrange the pieces on the skewers. Grill them on the No Fat Grill for 5 minutes.
  2. Serve them cold on a bed of orange soup.

Preparation of the orange soup:

  2. Heat the sugar and water in a saucepan on a low heat. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the mint leaves to the pan. Cover the pan and let the mixture infuse until it cools down.
  3. Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water to hydrate them. If the water is too hot, they will fall apart. When they are soft, drain them. Press down on them with your hands to remove excess water.
  4. Strain the mint syrup and heat it up a little (without bringing it to the boil). Add the gelatine sheets and let them dissolve while making sure that the mixture does not boil. Otherwise, some of the gelatinizing effect will be lost and it will stick to the pan.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix the contents with the orange juice. Stir the mixture well, strain it into a wide container and let it cool down and set in the fridge.
  6. Break up the gelatine with a whisk or fork before serving.
