Preparation:

  1. Prepare the satay sauce:
  2. Toast the peanuts on the No Fat Grill.
  3. Wrap a thinly sliced potato in aluminium foil and cook on the No Fat Grill for 8 minutes or until soft.
  4. Soak the chillies in hot water for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Optionally, season with a little cumin.
  6. Cut the chicken into large cubes. Marinate them in half of the soy sauce and lemon or lime juice for a couple of hours.
  7. Skewer the chicken and grill on the No Fat Grill until cooked (depending on cube size, 4-6 minutes).
  8. Serve the chicken skewers with warm satay sauce.
