Ingredients for 4 people:

Preparation:

  1. Remove the outer fat from the tenderloins.
  2. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces (about 2 x 2 cm).
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the shallots (optional), cinnamon, cumin, honey and mint in a bowl. Try to massage and squeeze the meat so the spices gradually work their way inside.
  5. Arrange the pork pieces on skewers and marinate for about 2 hours.
  6. Cook the skewers on the No Fat Grill until they are golden brown.
  7. Right before serving, add a few flakes of salt and a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil for a fresh touch.
