Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g firm tofu
- 100 g green peppers
- 200 g peaches
- Salt
Ingredients for the marinade:
- 125 g coconut milk
- 1 tsp sweet curry
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- The juice of one lime
- 2 tbsp apricot jam
- Cayenne pepper
Preparation:
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
- Marinate the tofu cut into thick cubes (about 3 x 3 cm) in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Drain the tofu and arrange it on the skewers with the chopped peppers and peaches.
- Grill the skewers on the No Fat Grill for 4 minutes.
- Serve the skewers with marinade.
