Preparation:

Type 1:

  1. Place the slices of bread on the No Fat Grill and toast them until golden brown and crisp.
  2. Peel the garlic and rub it on both sides of each piece of toast.
  3. Season with salt and plenty of olive oil.
  4. Remove the stalk and seeds from the red pepper. Cut it into four pieces and grill it on the No Fat Grill for 4 minutes. Season with salt and place one piece on each of four bruschetta. Top with curd cheese and season with olive paste and oregano leaves.

Type 2:

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Slice the mozzarella ball.
  3. Place sliced cherry tomatoes as a base on the remaining bruschetta. Top with mozzarella and garnish with a little pesto.
