Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g squid (about 150-200 g each)
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 pork sausage
- 1 hard-boiled egg
For the sauce:
- 1 clove garlic
- 40 g grated hazelnuts
- Parsley leaves
- 50 g extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Clean the squid.
- Grill the fins and legs on the No Fat Grill for 1 minute. Season them with salt and pepper, chop them finely and set aside.
- Cut the sausage in half lengthwise. Cook it on the No Fat Grill for 7 minutes until golden brown. Remove the skin and finely mince the meat. Set aside.
- Peel and chop the hard-boiled egg. Mix it with the sausage, squid fins and legs to make the filling.
- Stuff the filling into the squids without overfilling and pin each squid closed with a toothpick. Cook them on the No Fat Grill for 6 minutes. Remove the toothpicks, pour the sauce over the squids and serve.
Preparation of the sauce:
- Peel the garlic and blend it with the rest of the ingredients.
