For the sauce:

Preparation:

  1. Clean the squid.
  2. Grill the fins and legs on the No Fat Grill for 1 minute. Season them with salt and pepper, chop them finely and set aside.
  3. Cut the sausage in half lengthwise. Cook it on the No Fat Grill for 7 minutes until golden brown. Remove the skin and finely mince the meat. Set aside.
  4. Peel and chop the hard-boiled egg. Mix it with the sausage, squid fins and legs to make the filling.
  5. Stuff the filling into the squids without overfilling and pin each squid closed with a toothpick. Cook them on the No Fat Grill for 6 minutes. Remove the toothpicks, pour the sauce over the squids and serve.

  1. Peel the garlic and blend it with the rest of the ingredients.
