Ingredients for 4 people:
- 8 large mushrooms
- Salt and pepper
- 8 medium prawns
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 150 g cheese spread
- Mint leaves
- 30 g salmon roe
Preparation:
- Clean the mushrooms, remove the stalk and scrape out the flesh with a spoon.
- Grill them on the No Fat Grill until slightly soft (about 6 minutes).
- Peel the prawns, remove the head and grill them on the No Fat Grill for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the salmon. Mix it with the cheese. Season with a pinch of minced mint.
- Fill the mushrooms with the previous mixture. Place the prawn on top of the mushroom and decorate with some salmon roe.
Tips
- To serve the mushrooms hot, replace the cheese spread with a cheese that melts. Chop the prawns with the salmon, stuff the mushrooms with this mixture and sprinkle the mushrooms with grated cheese. Grill them on the No Fat Grill and serve.
