For the marinade:

Preparation:

  1. Season the ribs with salt and pepper and add the marinade ingredients after mixing them together first. Marinate in a covered container in the fridge for 12 hours.
  2. Drain the ribs.
  3. Reduce the marinade in a saucepan until it is creamy.
  4. Grill the ribs on the No Fat Grill for 6 minutes.
  5. Brush the top of the ribs with the reduced marinade. Cook for 1 minute. Brush the ribs again. Cook for another minute. Repeat until the top of the ribs is caramelized.
