Preparation of the sauce:

  1. Heat the honey in a saucepan and let it caramelize. Add the vinegar and let it evaporate.
  2. Add the orange juice and broth. Optionally, add the grated cardamom seed and reduce the sauce until it is creamy.
  3. You can thicken the sauce with a little corn starch.

For the orange crisp:

  1. Make a syrup by heating the water and sugar until it starts to turn brown.
  2. Cut the orange into very thin slices.
  3. Dip the orange slices into the syrup and cook them on the No Fat Grill until they are golden brown.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle them with icing sugar and keep them separate so they do not stick to each other.
  5. Crush the garlic with a little oil, a few rosemary and thyme leaves, and the chilli.
  6. Season the ribs with salt and pepper. Brush them with the herb mixture and grill them on the No Fat Grill for 4 minutes.
  7. Serve with the orange sauce and orange crisp.
