Ingredients for 4 people:
- 150 g orange juice
- 15 g lemon juice
- 20 g lime juice
- 3 cardamom seeds
- Some lemon verbena leaves
- Salt and white pepper
- 4 boneless sea bass fillets without scales
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Optional:
- Tabasco sauce
Preparation:
- Mix the citrus juices, season them with finely grated cardamom, a few finely chopped leaves of lemon verbena and a pinch of salt and pepper (optionally, a few drops of Tabasco sauce). Set aside.
- Place the sea bass fillets on the No Fat Grill and cook for 4-5 minutes (until cooked). Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve them in a deep dish with the citrus juice.
- Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
