Ingredients for 4 people:
- 3 tbsp onion jam
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 100 g blue cheese
- 12 sheets empanadilla dough
- 80 g strawberry jam
Preparation:
- Mix the onion jam and the mustard. Set aside.
- Place a piece of cheese on each sheet of dough and top with a little onion and mustard mixture. Carefully close the pasty. Press the edges with a fork so that the dough is well sealed.
- Place the finished pasties on the No Fat Grill. Cook 7-9 minutes until the dough is crisp.
- Let them cool slightly and serve with a drizzle of hot strawberry jam on top.
