Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 slices swordfish (150 g)
- 60 g soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- The juice of half a lime
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 2 shallots or 1 small onion
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 package lamb’s lettuce (optional: watercress)
- 300 g sour cream
- Salt and pepper
- The juice of half a lime
Preparation:
- Marinate the swordfish for two hours in the mixture of soy sauce, ginger, oil and lime juice.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce:
- Peel and mince the shallots and garlic.
- Blend the lamb’s lettuce with the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the shallots and garlic.
- Drain the fish and grill it on the No Fat Grill for 4 minutes.
- Add the lime juice to the sauce and serve with the fish.
