Ingredients for 4 people:

Preparation:

  1. Wash the strawberries. Remove the leaves and marinate for 2 hours in a mixture of orange juice, sugar, vinegar and a pinch of vanilla powder.
  2. Drain the strawberries. Assemble them on skewers and set them aside.
  3. Reduce the juice from macerating the strawberries (optional: with the grated cardamom seed inside) until you have a syrupy texture.
  4. Grill the strawberries for 3 minutes on the No Fat Grill.
  5. Serve warm with the orange reduction.
  6. Sprinkle them with icing sugar at the last minute.
