Preparation:

  1. Chop the meat as finely as you can to prevent the loss of excess water and keep the meat juicy.
  2. Season with soy sauce and mustard.
  3. Add chili peppers, olives and finely chopped gherkins.
  4. Shape the meat into hamburgers. Set aside.
  5. Fry the bacon slices on the No Fat Grill until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
  6. Cook the hamburgers with the cheddar cheese on the No Fat Grill for 4 to 7 minutes, depending on burger thickness and how cooked you like them.
  7. Put the burgers on a bun with tomato, lettuce and bacon slices.
