Ingredients for 4 people:
- 700 g beef or veal chuck
- Soy sauce
- 60 g Dijon mustard
- 1-2 fresh chillies
- 60 g black olives
- 40 g pickled gherkins
- 8 slices smoked bacon
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 rolls
- Lettuce
- 1 tomato
Preparation:
- Chop the meat as finely as you can to prevent the loss of excess water and keep the meat juicy.
- Season with soy sauce and mustard.
- Add chili peppers, olives and finely chopped gherkins.
- Shape the meat into hamburgers. Set aside.
- Fry the bacon slices on the No Fat Grill until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
- Cook the hamburgers with the cheddar cheese on the No Fat Grill for 4 to 7 minutes, depending on burger thickness and how cooked you like them.
- Put the burgers on a bun with tomato, lettuce and bacon slices.
