Ingredients for 4 people:
- 8 figs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 g assorted red berries: raspberries, blueberries and currants.
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
Optional:
- 2 tbsp brandy
Preparation:
- Grill the berries on the No Fat Grill for 4 minutes and then place them in the base of a glass or cup.
- Wash the figs and cut them in half.
- Grill them on the No Fat Grill for 3 minutes. Season them with honey and, optionally, a little brandy. Let them cook for 1 more minute.
- Place a scoop of ice cream on the hot red berries and top with the figs just off the grill.
