Preparation:

  1. Mix the citrus juices, season them with finely grated cardamom, a few finely chopped leaves of lemon verbena and a pinch of salt and pepper (optionally, a few drops of Tabasco sauce). Set aside.
  2. Place the sea bass fillets on the No Fat Grill and cook for 4-5 minutes (until cooked). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve them in a deep dish with the citrus juice.
  4. Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
