Preparation:

  1. Grate the chocolate and set aside.
  2. Prepare the caramel: heat the sugar with the water and the lemon until it turns golden brown.
  3. Remove it from the heat and fold in the coconut. Spread the mixture on a silicone sheet. Be careful not to burn yourself. Let it cool.
  4. Peel the mangoes, remove the pit and grill both halves on the No Fat Grill.
  5. Serve with a piece of coconut praline and grated chocolate on top.
