Ingredients for 4 people:
- 120 g white chocolate
- 200 g sugar
- 50 g water
- The juice of half a lemon
- 150 g coconut
- 2 mangoes
Preparation:
- Grate the chocolate and set aside.
- Prepare the caramel: heat the sugar with the water and the lemon until it turns golden brown.
- Remove it from the heat and fold in the coconut. Spread the mixture on a silicone sheet. Be careful not to burn yourself. Let it cool.
- Peel the mangoes, remove the pit and grill both halves on the No Fat Grill.
- Serve with a piece of coconut praline and grated chocolate on top.
