Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300 g cantaloupe
- 50 g cream
- 30 g honey
- 600 g Santa Claus melon
- 150 g cured ham shavings
Preparation:
- Clean the cantaloupe. Blend it with the cream and honey and 2 tbsp of melon seeds. Strain through a fine strainer and serve in soup plates.
- Cut slices of Santa Claus melon. Remove the skin and seeds and grill the melon for 4 minutes on the No Fat Grill.
- Cut into small pieces and put them on top of the cantaloupe cream.
- Top with ham shavings and serve cold.
Tips
- Melon seeds enhance the flavour of the cream. They should be ground thoroughly and the cream strained so there are no little pieces in it.
