Ingredients for 4 people:

Preparation:

  1. Clean the cantaloupe. Blend it with the cream and honey and 2 tbsp of melon seeds. Strain through a fine strainer and serve in soup plates.
  2. Cut slices of Santa Claus melon. Remove the skin and seeds and grill the melon for 4 minutes on the No Fat Grill.
  3. Cut into small pieces and put them on top of the cantaloupe cream.
  4. Top with ham shavings and serve cold.
