Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g potatoes
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 golden apple
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg or 70 g milk
- 400 g sunflower oil
- Sweet or hot paprika
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices half a centimetre thick. Grill them on the No Fat Grill for about 8 minutes (until soft). Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Do the same with the apple, but do not season it.
- Place the apple in a blender with the egg (or milk) and garlic. Season with a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- While continuing to blend, add the oil little by little while carefully mixing together all the ingredients until you have an emulsified sauce.
- Serve the potatoes with the apple aioli.
- Garnish with a pinch of hot paprika.
