Ingredients for 4 people:

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices half a centimetre thick. Grill them on the No Fat Grill for about 8 minutes (until soft). Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Do the same with the apple, but do not season it.
  3. Place the apple in a blender with the egg (or milk) and garlic. Season with a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  4. While continuing to blend, add the oil little by little while carefully mixing together all the ingredients until you have an emulsified sauce.
  5. Serve the potatoes with the apple aioli.
  6. Garnish with a pinch of hot paprika.
