Preparation:

  1. Pizza dough is made following the same procedure as for making bread dough: dilute the yeast in water. Add the oil.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the flour, salt and sugar in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the water with diluted yeast and oil to the flour and knead it until you have a smooth, elastic ball.
  4. Leave it in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size.
  5. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll it out thinly into a rectangular shape with your hands or a rolling pin so it fits into the base of the No Fat Grill.
  6. Place it on the No Fat Grill while it is turned off. Add a little minced garlic to the tomato sauce and spread the sauce on top of the pizza dough.
  7. Cover with grated mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano, Parmesan cheese and finely chopped basil leaves. Cover the leaves up with some cheese so they don’t burn.
  8. Now turn on the No Fat Grill. Cook the pizza for 5 minutes without the cover. Close the No Fat Grill and cook the pizza for another 7 minutes.
