Ingredients
Dough:
- 250 g strong flour
- 7 g fresh yeast
- 60 g water
- 3 g salt
- 1 g sugar
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Topping:
- 4 tbsp fried tomato sauce
- 100 g grated mozzarella
- 1 clove garlic
- Oregano
- Basil leaves
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Pizza dough is made following the same procedure as for making bread dough: dilute the yeast in water. Add the oil.
- Meanwhile, mix the flour, salt and sugar in a separate bowl.
- Add the water with diluted yeast and oil to the flour and knead it until you have a smooth, elastic ball.
- Leave it in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Roll it out thinly into a rectangular shape with your hands or a rolling pin so it fits into the base of the No Fat Grill.
- Place it on the No Fat Grill while it is turned off. Add a little minced garlic to the tomato sauce and spread the sauce on top of the pizza dough.
- Cover with grated mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano, Parmesan cheese and finely chopped basil leaves. Cover the leaves up with some cheese so they don’t burn.
- Now turn on the No Fat Grill. Cook the pizza for 5 minutes without the cover. Close the No Fat Grill and cook the pizza for another 7 minutes.
