Preparation:

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs and creamy butter, ground almonds and a little of all the spices and chopped herbs. Add the egg whites and salt and pepper.
  2. Place this paste mixture between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out well with a roller (if it’s very soft, put it in the fridge until the consistency is right for rolling). After rolling, store in the fridge to improve consistency.
  3. Remove any fat from the chicken breasts. Season with salt and white pepper.
  4. Separate the aromatic paste from the parchment paper and wrap the paste around the chicken to completely cover it. Place in the fridge to improve consistency again.
  5. Cook on the No Fat Grill for about 8 minutes.
