Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 medium cooked octopus legs
- Salt flakes
Serving suggestion:
- 2 tbsp kimchi
- 200 g almond cream or 200 g mashed potatoes
Preparation:
- Place the octopus legs on the hot No Fat Grill.
- Close the lid and cook for 4 minutes.
- Remove the legs from the grill and cut them into four pieces while taking care not to burn yourself.
- Place them on a bed of almond and garlic cream soup or mashed potatoes in a deep plate.
- Season with the salt flakes and a few drops of kimchi.
Almond and garlic cream soup:
Ingredients:
- 100 g raw peeled almonds
- 400 g mineral water
- 1 clove garlic
- 35 g sliced bread (or bread crumbs)
- 32 g white wine vinegar
- 80 g extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the cream soup:
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a blender.
- Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator.
Mashed potatoes:
Ingredients for the mashed potatoes:
- 400 g potatoes
- Salt and white pepper
- 50 g butter
Preparation of the mashed potatoes:
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in a saucepan with cold water.
- When they are soft, drain them. Season with salt and pepper. Mash them with a fork and add the butter.
