Preparation:

  1. Place the octopus legs on the hot No Fat Grill.
  2. Close the lid and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove the legs from the grill and cut them into four pieces while taking care not to burn yourself. 
  4. Place them on a bed of almond and garlic cream soup or mashed potatoes in a deep plate.
  5. Season with the salt flakes and a few drops of kimchi.
