Ingredients for 4 people:
- 2 medium pork tenderloins
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp honey
- Small bunch fresh mint leaves
- 40 g olive oil
- Salt flakes
- Optional:
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
Preparation:
- Remove the outer fat from the tenderloins.
- Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces (about 2 x 2 cm).
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the shallots (optional), cinnamon, cumin, honey and mint in a bowl. Try to massage and squeeze the meat so the spices gradually work their way inside.
- Arrange the pork pieces on skewers and marinate for about 2 hours.
- Cook the skewers on the No Fat Grill until they are golden brown.
- Right before serving, add a few flakes of salt and a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil for a fresh touch.
