Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g boneless mako shark in a single piece
- 30 g lime juice
- 100 g grapefruit juice
- 30 g extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Hot paprika
- Chopped parsley leaves
Preparation:
- Cut the fish into cubes of about 3 cm3.
- Marinate them in the lime, grapefruit, and olive oil mixture for 1 hour.
- Drain, season with salt and cook on the No Fat Grill for 4 minutes. Turn them over so all sides are cooked.
- Season with paprika and a few chopped parsley leaves.
Tips
- You can use any other fish that you like instead of mako shark. It should ideally be a firm fish without bones.
