Ingredients for 4 people:
- 2 golden apples
- 30 g caramelized walnuts
- 20 g honey-fried peanuts
- 20 g fried almonds with salt
- 80 g cream cheese
- 40 g honey
- Salt
Preparation:
- Core the apples and cut them into slices 2-3 cm thick. Grill them on the No Fat Grill for about 4-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, chop the nuts. Mix them with the cheese and honey.
- Lightly salt the apples and fill them with the nut and cheese mixture. Serve them warm or cold.
