Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 butifarra sausage
- 1 golden apple
- 24 sheets frozen wonton dough
- 1 egg
- Pedro Ximénez reduction
Preparation:
- Peel and core the apple, and cut it into slices half a centimetre thick. Grill them on the No Fat Grill for 3 minutes. Remove them and cut them into small pieces.
- Slice the sausage in half lengthwise and grill it on the No Fat Grill until golden brown. Remove the skin, finely chop the sausage and mix it with the chopped apple.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Place a small ball of the sausage and apple mixture on each wonton sheet.
- Brush the edge of each wonton sheet with beaten egg and fold the sheet over to form a triangle.
- Place the wontons on the No Fat Grill and grill until golden brown (about 7 minutes).
- Serve with a little Pedro Ximénez reduction on top.
