Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g potatoes (large) for frying
- 16 slices smoked bacon
- Salt and pepper
- 4 slices cheese
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Oregano leaves
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into rectangles and then into thin slices (about 3 mm thick).
- Grill them on the No Fat Grill for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set them aside.
- Fry the bacon on the No Fat Grill.
- Create a base pf potato slices on the No Fat Grill.
- Cover it with a slice of bacon. Add a slice of cheese and a few slices of tomato. Season with oregano and top it off with more cheese and potato slices. Repeat the operation.
- You can either serve the lasagne cold or heat it up for a few minutes on the No Fat Grill.
