Ingredients for 4 people:

Preparation:

  1. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stalk and scrape out the flesh with a spoon.
  2. Grill them on the No Fat Grill until slightly soft (about 6 minutes).
  3. Peel the prawns, remove the head and grill them on the No Fat Grill for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Finely chop the salmon. Mix it with the cheese. Season with a pinch of minced mint.
  5. Fill the mushrooms with the previous mixture. Place the prawn on top of the mushroom and decorate with some salmon roe.
