Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 salmon supreme (about 220 g)
- 4 thin slices ham
- 160 g camembert cheese
- 1 egg
- 100 g ground almonds
Preparation:
- Remove the skin and bones from the salmon.
- Slice each supreme lengthwise and open it as if it were a book. Do not separate the two halves. Fill it with the ham and cheese. Season with salt and pepper it then dip it into the beaten egg and roll it in the ground almonds.
- Cook on the No Fat Grill for 7 minutes.
- Serve with a lettuce salad.
Tips
- The best, most uniform cuts for this dish come from the centre of the fish. They are also thicker than the tail and belly.
