Preparation:

  1. Grill the berries on the No Fat Grill for 4 minutes and then place them in the base of a glass or cup.
  2. Wash the figs and cut them in half.
  3. Grill them on the No Fat Grill for 3 minutes. Season them with honey and, optionally, a little brandy. Let them cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Place a scoop of ice cream on the hot red berries and top with the figs just off the grill.
